SCULPTURE TRAIL
This new edition of the Biennale de Crans-Montana, Derrière l’horizon (Behind the horizon), is organised in collaboration with the Geneva Sculpture Garden. Visitors are invited to admire artwork displayed around the resort. Several loops are possible, with a series of sculptures to admire along the way. Many pieces look simple at first glance, but certain elements have been transformed to move them away from their original purpose. For example, a bench makes us question our perception of space, human silhouettes become twisted… There are also some sculptures displayed indoors, in partner hotels. Until 31st March 2024 in Lens and Crans-Montana

A taste for the extreme
Local boy Robin Briguet started skiing at age 3. Following his brother into the snowpark, he discovered freestyle and a love of jumps and soon specialised in halfpipe. At age 18, when he was still at school, he took part in the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, South Korea, then Beijing 2022 in China.
Now age 24, he combines sport with working during the off season.
